Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the MJ Creations website and online ordering system. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Wholesale only

MJ Creations supplies businesses (such as cafés, grocers and retailers). The bakery is not open to the public and we do not sell to individual consumers.

Accounts

  • New accounts are set up or approved by our team. We may decline or close an account at our discretion.
  • Please give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password private and for orders placed through your account.

Orders

  • An order placed on the website is a request. It is confirmed once our team approves it.
  • Orders for next-day delivery should be placed before 9:30am. After that, delivery may not be possible and we will confirm with you.
  • You can cancel a pending order online. Once an order has been approved, please contact us to change or cancel it.
  • Products are subject to availability. Photos are a guide only and finished cakes may vary slightly.

Prices and payment

Prices are those shown on your account’s price list and are subject to change. GST is shown where applicable. Invoices are issued through our accounting system and payment terms are stated on your invoice.

Allergens and food safety

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and other allergens. If you need allergen information for a product, please ask us before you sell it on to your customers.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the system — for example, by trying to access other customers’ information, interfering with its operation, or uploading harmful content.

Our content

The text, logos and photos on this site belong to MJ Creations and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any claim is limited, as far as the law allows, to the value of the affected order. We do our best to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
